Coastal Bothy’s, Donegal, Ireland
We were asked by a local land owner in North Donegal to explore the concept of setting several contemporary Bothy’s within the wild landscape of Donegal with dramatic remote settings that could only be hiked up too for a weekend or overnight stay. Each bothy would be modest in scale consisting of one room accommodating a small living space with a hideaway bed.
The project is at an early stage and is set to develop over 2024.
