We met different architects on site to discuss what we might do. Ben & Michelle were the only ones who seemed to be really listening to what we wanted. They came back with some initial sketches straightaway, and we loved them.

We chose our architect based on their work but also on how well we got on with them; their input throughout was invaluable. They would come out on site to check what had been done, flagging issues before they happened, and keeping us moving forward. The end result is a truly fabulous house!

We renovated our home to create an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and give us direct access to the garden.

With no previous experience of a building project and a limited budget, we felt that it was essential to have an architect that would guide us step by step through all the stages from planning to completion.  As it turned out we could not have made a better choice when we engaged Wilson McMullen Architects.

The service we received was truly impressive.  Ben provided an extremely professional but friendly service.  He took a lot of trouble to find good quality products and materials that would keep the project within budget and give us the best design possible.  His excellent communication skills and liaison with all those involved meant that we were always in the picture and the work progressed smoothly.

More importantly, he was always available to us and proved invaluable in representing our interests in discussions with the builder.   As it happened, there were no major problems, thanks to the thoroughness of Ben’s preparation and his attention to detail.  However, we always had the reassurance of knowing that we had someone who was on our side and could deal professionally with any unexpected issues which might arise.
