Traditional House Extension, Bushmills

This is a traditional house extension to the rear of an old country house. The extension was to become an integral part of the existing building both aesthetically as well as functionally utilising similar features and finishes, including several new sash and casment windows.

The extension reorganises some of the existing utilitarian spaces incorporating them in a more appropriate location. The main space accommodates a large new living / family room on the ground floor with a new separate back door, wc and utility room. On the first floor the extension accommodates a large master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. The master bedroom accesses has direct access onto a west facing cantilvered balcony.
